Ray St. Clair is proud to share with you that we have had the opportunity to service Mrs. Gray's roof since the early '70s. It all started with a complex skylight replacement that Ray Sr. was involved in. The skylight is a very large round double domed skylight. RSC replaced this skylight back in the '70s and solved her long term leak issues. Over the past 30 plus years we patched leaks that developed in her roof and gutters. This year (2012) Mrs. Gray decided to replace the roof and gutters to her entire home. This is not your ordinary roof and gutter system. Her current roof is a round corrugated fiberglass roof system that was failing.
- We installed wood 2 X 6 cross-bracing for support between all corrugations.
- We then added new 3/4" tongue and groove plywood installed overlaying the entire roof area.
- Then a new 3" ISP board insulation was installed.
- A new Carlisle Sure Weld TPO (color white) fully adhered roof system was installed.
- Custom fabricated round gutters were installed with hanger supports.
- Vertical metal fascia trim was installed below the gutter system.
Mrs. Gray's new roof will keep her dry and her unique home preserved for the next 20–30 years.
